Editors Photo Competition

Prize Offered:
The winning entrant will have their entry framed & signed by Editors and featured on the Editors website / Facebook / Twitter.

How To Enter:
To be eligible to enter the competition Entrants must upload their photo to Instagram and use the hashtag #EditorsHonesty

Opening date for entries is 6th November 2013. Closing date for all entries is 1st December 2013 at 23:59

1. The competition is open to all entrants with an Instagram account worldwide.

2. Employees of [PIAS] and their associated affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition are not eligible to enter this competition.

3. By submitting an entry, entrants warrant that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise.

4. All entries and copyright in them automatically become the property of [PIAS].

5. Tracks using "un-cleared" images will be disqualified. Entrants bear all responsibility for their use of any "uncleared" content.

6. No purchase is necessary but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to local call/internet charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access.

7. [PIAS] will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. [PIAS] takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Further, [PIAS] will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the competition. [PIAS] further accepts no liability for any damage caused to Entrants' computers or other electronic devices relating to or resulting from downloading any materials, including so called computer viruses, in connection with this competition. Proof of delivery will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

8. [PIAS] reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold the prize for violating any of these Terms and Conditions.

9. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

10. Selection and Notification of the winner: on 1st December 2013 after the competition closes, the winning entries will be selected by Editors from eligible entries received. The winner will be announced no later than 2nd December 2013. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, [PIAS] reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all eligible entries received.

11. The judges' decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. Uses of personal data received by [PIAS] in the course of the competition are subject to the Instagram privacy policy. The winners name may be published on the website.

13. [PIAS] reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering the prize) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.

14. The winner will bear any taxes or charges levies on the prize (if any).

15. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless [PIAS], its parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any damage, injury, loss, claim, action, demand or other liability that may arise from their acceptance and/or use of a prize or their participation in this competition, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded.

16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and any disputes relating to this competition shall submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London (UK). Applicable privacy laws for Belgium and Germany can be viewed here: http://www.pias.com/be/concerts/privacy/

17. The promoter of this competition is [PIAS], a company registered in England whose registered address is 1 Bevington Path London SE1 3PW, United Kingdom.

18. If any of these terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining terms shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
